10:25 am Welcome by the Massachusetts Artists Leaders Coalition and by Kay Sloan, Board Member of the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC) (Great Hall)

10:30am Welcome and opening remarks by Legislators and elected officials (Great Hall)
